How to put on a surgical mask properly?

On sunday we went to the hospital to see a disease, we always wait for a long line. It appears that hospital are overcrowded and people come to more and more with hanging saline, injury, urine. Hall, corridors are full of the people, the air is really not very good. Saw a lot of people were wearing masks in the hospital. Maybe the first time wearing, they wear masks backwards. Do you know how to properly wear a surgical mask? 


Wearing steps:


First: Wash your hands, wash your hand thoroughly with both soap and water. Avoid unclean hands pollution the masks of inner surface. Check the medical mask for defects ensure that it doesn't contain any defects, holes or tears in the material.

Second:  The inside of most face masks are white in colour,the outside has a colour of some sort. Before the mask completely cover your mouth,nose and Chin make sure the white side is facing towards your face.

Third: Placing the mask on your face. Pick up this type of mask by the loops, put one loop around one ear and then put the other loop around your other ear. Tie the mask by the upper, place the ties around the back of your head and then attach them together with a bow.

Fourth: Use your index finger and thumb to pinch the bendable portion of the top edge of the mask around the bridge of your nose. Tie the lower band of the mask around your face and nose. Fit the mask to your face and under your chin. Ensure it covers your face and mouth.

Needs attention that after wear a face mask, avoid touching the mask in case reduce the protective effect. After take off the mask, put on the tape or paper bag wrapped and then put in a covered trash for disposal. Washing your hands in a timely manner do not reuse disposable masks.
